Each piston operates at a uniform speed, maintaining consistent flow rates that remain stable regardless of pressure changes. This ensures highly accurate and repeatable liquid dosing across a wide range of applications. Crafted with high-purity alumina (99.99%) and zirconia ceramics, as well as 316L stainless steel contact parts, this Filling Pump achieves outstanding corrosion resistance and stability. With a maximum flow rate of 7.5–48 mL/s and precision up to ±0.5%–1%, it delivers industry-leading performance for continuous or batch liquid dispensing.
