With superior chemical stability, corrosion resistance, and heat tolerance, these pumps deliver exceptional accuracy and reliability. All liquid-contact parts are made from 316L or 316 stainless steel, meeting the highest hygiene standards in the biopharmaceutical, food, and cosmetic industries.
Work Process AND Principle OF CERAMIC METERING PUMP
When the plunger flow channel faces the pump chamber inlet, the plunger rotates and moves backward. As it rotates, the pump chamber volume gradually increases, creating a vacuum suction that draws liquid into the chamber.
Once the plunger channel is aligned with the pump inlet, the suction cycle is completed, and the plunger begins rotating forward.
As the plunger rotates forward, the plunger flow channel approaches the discharge side of the pump chamber. The pump chamber volume gradually decreases, compressing the liquid and forcing it out.
When the plunger flow channel moves away from the pump chamber outlet, the discharge process is completed. The plunger then switches to backward rotation and begins the next suction cycle.
